Blockscores Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 26, 2026
Please read this agreement carefully before using our website, data, and services. By accessing this platform, utilizing our data, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Blockscores’ website, data, Aria conversational platform, and any and all other Blockscores services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using the platform and its connected environments immediately.
2. Client Data Sovereignty & Local Processing
- 2.1 Client-Controlled Environment: All Client-initiated interactions with Blockscores data shall be conducted exclusively through the Client’s internal infrastructure, including but not limited to Client-owned hardware, licensed software applications, and the Client’s designated Artificial Intelligence (AI) engines.
- 2.2 Zero-Access Warranty and Transactional Exception: Blockscores hereby acknowledges and agrees that it maintains no visibility into, nor access to, the Client’s local environment, and shall not monitor, intercept, or record any private interactions, queries, or analytical outputs generated by the Client within their internal systems without the Client’s prior express electronic written consent and only under a separate, additional formal agreement executed between both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the standard transmission of electronic data necessary to complete a commercial transaction on this website—including but not limited to checkout forms, order telemetry, transactional emails, diagnostic support tickets, clients’ uploaded proprietary data and metrics, or communications pertaining to service setup or initiated specifically with Blockscores—does not constitute a violation of this warranty.
3. Data Sharing & Limited License
- 3.1 Voluntary Disclosure: Blockscores shall have no access to Client data interactions or other Client-supplied data unless the Client voluntarily and knowingly transmits copies of such interactions or data to Blockscores (such as during a formal support or consultation request).
- 3.2 Optimization and Analytical Calibration of Shared Data: Any data shared or uploaded by the Client under Section 3.1 is granted under a limited license to Blockscores for the direct fulfillment of requested services, active diagnostic troubleshooting, and anonymized algorithmic calibration. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Blockscores may utilize structural query patterns, aggregated data attributes, and metadata derived from these interactions on an entirely non-identifiable, environmental level for baseline system research, model benchmarking, and ongoing optimization of our predictive classification workflows. Any distribution or external exposure of raw, un-scrubbed Client datasets to outside third parties remains strictly prohibited.
4. Confidentiality of Client Identity, Case Analytics, and Engagement Status
- 4.1 Transactional Client Status: The strict confidentiality provisions set forth in this Section apply exclusively to active Transactional Clients. A customer is considered an active Transactional Client if they have a current, paid service agreement or have completed a financial transaction with Blockscores within the last twelve (12) months. Blockscores reserves the full right to utilize the business names, public data, or operational examples of non-paying entities, prospective contacts, open-source organizations, or historical clients whose transactional window has lapsed beyond 12 months for marketing, public case studies, and internal training purposes.
- 4.2 Conditional Non-Disclosure for Transactional Clients: For verified Transactional Clients, Blockscores shall maintain the commercial confidentiality of the Client’s specific identity and will not publicize the Client’s formal brand name as an active customer to third parties without prior authorization, except under the following conditions:
- A. Legal Compulsion: Where disclosure is required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
- B. Business Transaction: In the event of a proposed or actual sale, merger, or investment in Blockscores, provided that the receiving party is bound by confidentiality obligations no less restrictive than those contained in this Policy.
- C. Explicit Authorization: Where the Client provides prior express electronic or written consent to such marketing or partnership disclosure.
- D. Scope of Proprietary Exclusions: The confidentiality restrictions set forth in this Section apply strictly and exclusively to the specific data types enumerated below. Any data, metrics, or market indicators not expressly identified in this list are completely excluded from these restrictions, and Blockscores retains the unrestricted right to compile, display, analyze, and process them for competitor reports, internal sales forecasting, public marketing materials, and machine learning training models. The protected exclusions are restricted solely to:
- 1. Private operational data, proprietary variables, metric parameters, or raw datasets uploaded directly to the platform by the Client under Section 3.1.
- 2. Active conversational text, system prompt histories, or programmatic data matrix workflows unique to the Client’s secure configuration of the Aria platform.
- 3. The Client’s specific legal corporate name, brand logo, or active customer status, provided the Client has completed a commercial transaction with Blockscores within the preceding twelve (12) months.
- 4.3 Permitted Use of Performance Analytics and Anonymized Case Studies: Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, Blockscores explicitly reserves the right to utilize operational data, data matrix configurations, analysis workflows, and query patterns generated during a Client’s engagement for internal business case development, marketing presentations, and sample data demonstrations. To protect the Client’s operational security, any such data used under this Section shall be entirely scrubbed of corporate identifiers, specific target coordinates, or proprietary inputs, leaving only generalized methodology, sample performance metrics, and anonymized analytics for public review.
5. Ownership, Copyright, and Prohibited Activities
All content, data, geographic segmentations, proprietary metrics, artificial intelligence configurations, classification workflows, software scripts, and visual materials displayed on this website, or provided through other methods and service offerings, are the exclusive property of Blockscores and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
- Unauthorized Use: Duplication, modification, or distribution of any site materials without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Anti-Scraping Provision: Users are explicitly forbidden from engaging in data scraping, harvesting, mining, or using automated extraction tools, bots, or scraping engines to copy or monitor any data, layout formats, or proprietary configurations from this platform for any commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- System Abuse: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying source code or data models of the platform is entirely prohibited.
6. User Credentials, Security, and Provided Assets
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, programmatic tokens, account access configurations, or any other secure identifiers supplied to you by Blockscores. You agree to accept immediate responsibility for any and all activities, data retrievals, orders, or data modifications that occur under your issued credentials. Blockscores reserves the absolute right to deactivate access credentials, refuse service, or cancel system tokens at its sole discretion.
7. Commercial Data Use License
Purchases of data packages grant the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the provided data in perpetuity exclusively within the Client’s internal infrastructure and local systems. Notwithstanding the perpetual nature of this internal usage, the Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that this license applies strictly to the static snapshot of data delivered at the time of purchase; unless the specific terms of the transaction explicitly mandate otherwise, Blockscores is under no obligation to provide updated data, ongoing maintenance, or sequential data refreshes under this license. Reselling, white-labeling, or re-distributing Blockscores data to third parties remains strictly prohibited unless governed by a separate enterprise distribution contract.
8. Publicly Available and Third-Party Data Dependencies
Blockscores utilizes, processes, and synthesizes data metrics from external, publicly available sources and third-party data providers (including but not limited to public census records, regional economic metrics, and published behavioral intelligence). The Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Blockscores, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or change suppliers of such data, alter foundational collection methods, or eliminate specific third-party data categories or data streams entirely from our services. Blockscores makes no guarantee regarding the ongoing availability, structural composition, or historical consistency of such third-party data, even in cases where an active or ongoing service agreement is currently executed with Blockscores. Should certain publicly available or third-party data points no longer be supported or available, Blockscores will make a commercially reasonable best attempt to identify and integrate a comparable data source at its own discretion; however, no formal commitment to secure a substitute is made, and Blockscores is under no legal or financial obligation to provide monetary compensation, account credits, or pricing adjustments to any contracted or active service agreements as a result of such public or third-party data modifications or removals.
9. Algorithmic, Systemic, and Infrastructure Discretion
Blockscores retains absolute, unilateral control over all mathematical formulas, analytical engines, algorithms, statistical weights, geodemographic models, classification workflows, and predictive methods used across its services and platforms. The Client explicitly acknowledges and agrees that Blockscores may at any time, and at its sole discretion, remove, change, update, adjust, or completely rewrite these underlying mechanics, models, and analytics workflows without prior notice. This absolute systemic discretion explicitly extends to the delivery technology stack itself—including but not limited to modifications, upgrades, or complete transitions across platforms, software architectures, server environments, cloud frameworks, and computing hardware utilized by Blockscores to host and deliver its services. The execution of any such engineering updates, systemic rollouts, or hardware migrations shall not constitute a breach of contract, nor shall it impose any obligation upon Blockscores to offer financial compensation, contract adjustments, or custom system rollbacks.
10. Billing, Payments, and Refund Policy
All transactions processed through our checkout system are final. Due to the digital, instantly accessible, and downloadable nature of data matrices and analytics reports, refunds are not provided unless explicitly required by local law. If any billing errors occur, they must be reported to our support team within thirty (30) days of the transaction.
11. Disclaimer (“As-Is” Provision)
The materials, data packages, and metrics provided on this platform are delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Blockscores hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Blockscores does not warrant that the data will be perfectly error-free, uninterrupted, or fully accurate for every specific geodemographic profile.
12. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Blockscores, its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages for loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials and data on this website, even if Blockscores has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
13. Revisions and Updates
We may revise these terms of service and privacy rules at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and all interactions with the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising out of this agreement shall be settled exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Illinois.
15. Severability and Complete Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blockscores regarding our service.
16. Survival of Obligations
The obligations of confidentiality, data protection, data sovereignty, security, liability limitations, and intellectual property restrictions set forth in this agreement shall survive the termination or expiration of any underlying service agreement or transaction between Blockscores and the Client.
17. Contact Information
