PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between BlockScores (“Company”) and the Client (“Client”) regarding the access, use, and protection of data and proprietary information.
I. CLIENT DATA SOVEREIGNTY AND LOCAL PROCESSING
1.1 Client-Controlled Environment. All Client-initiated interactions with BlockScores data shall be conducted exclusively through the Client’s internal infrastructure, including but not limited to Client-owned hardware, licensed software applications, and the Client’s designated Artificial Intelligence (AI) engines.
1.2 Zero-Access Warranty. Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that it maintains no visibility into, nor access to, the Client’s local environment. Company shall not monitor, intercept, or record any interactions, queries, or analytical outputs generated by the Client within their internal systems.
II. DATA SHARING AND LIMITED LICENSE
2.1 Voluntary Disclosure. Company shall have no access to Client data interactions or other Client supplied data unless the Client voluntarily and knowingly transmits copies of such interactions or data to the Company.
2.2 Restricted Use of Shared Data. Any data shared by the Client under Section 2.1 is provided under a limited license for the sole purpose of the specific support or interaction requested. Any secondary use of this data by the Company is strictly prohibited without the Client’s prior express electronic written consent.
III. PROPRIETARY DATA USAGE
3.1 Internal Marketing and Sales. Company reserves the right to utilize the underlying BlockScores data for its own internal marketing, sales forecasting, and business development purposes.
3.2 Non-Distribution. Under no circumstances shall the Company share, sell, or distribute the data referenced in Section 3.1 to any third-party entity without the Client’s prior express electronic written consent. Absent such consent, usage of said data is restricted exclusively to the Company’s internal operations.
IV. CONFIDENTIALITY OF CLIENT IDENTITY
4.1 Non-Disclosure of Client List. The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s identity. The Company is prohibited from disclosing the Client’s name or status as a customer to any third party, except under the following conditions:
A. Legal Compulsion: Where disclosure is required by a valid subpoena, court order, or applicable law.
B. Business Transaction: In the event of a proposed or actual sale, merger, or investment in the Company, provided that the receiving party is bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations no less restrictive than those contained in this Policy.
V. SURVIVAL
The obligations of confidentiality and data protection set forth in this Policy shall survive the termination or expiration of any underlying service agreement between the Company and the Client.
